107-1 林同學 一、系別、姓名：系統系  林同學 二、交換國家及姊妹校名：波蘭  烏茲科技大學 三、交換期間：2018/09 ~ 2019/02 摘要: 此報告書主要說明至波蘭烏茲科技大學交換的目的、過程、心得感想以及建議事項。關於過程中在細分為準備過程、波蘭生活資訊以及課程介紹。準備過程中我分享重要的時程表，以及當初自己遇到的問題；生活資訊則是我認為前往波蘭前需要考慮最多且重要的事；課程介紹則是分享波蘭的課程樣態以及自身的經驗，最後則是說明我在交換過程中的收穫，以及給對烏茲科技大學有興趣的同學一些建議，希望能對你們的申請過程有所幫助以及抱持著一顆愉悅的心去波蘭冒險。 Abstract: This report mainly displayed my purpose, processes, thoughts and something recommended of the exchange program of Lodz University of Technology (TUL). About the processes, I divided three parts to talk: preparing process, information of Polish life and courses introductions. First of all, in preparing process, I shared the import timetable and some problems that I had met. 105-1 張同學 一、系別、姓名：心理系  張同學 二、交換國家及姊妹校名： 波蘭 雅捷隆大學 三、交換期間：2016/10~2017/02 摘要: 交換學生的日子很迷人，但同時你將面臨到你從未遇過的挑戰。 我目前在台南成功大學就讀心理系，我在 2016 年暑假前往波蘭雅捷隆大學當五個月的交換學生。我出發前希望透過與當地或者其他歐洲交換生的互動 中，去了解這個我不熟悉的世界——歐洲。此外在去之前，建議即將申請計畫的人也別忘了申請學校獎學金，以及攜帶些台灣傳統小飾品作為禮物，這對融入當地生活有一定的幫助。「最困難的事情往往不是一個人的旅行，而是如何與當地人互動」你跟歐洲人有太多相異之處，你有可能在聊天的過程中沈默不 語，但相信每個人一定能找到自己的方法去認識朋友。之後回到台灣，你將瞭解到最可貴的事情在你將會更關注國際議題、更獨立、也更愛自己的家鄉—— 台灣。 Abstract: Exchange student life is attractive, but meanwhile, u might face some challenges that u haven’t met in Taiwan. 106-1 黃同學 一、系別、姓名：外文系 黃同學 二、交換國家及姊妹校名： 波蘭 雅捷隆大學 三、交換期間：2017/09/17~2018/03/16 摘要: 本報告書記載了交換申請的目的初衷、申請方法以及心得建議。 對於國人來說，「波蘭」相對不是一個熱門的旅遊目的地。我們對於這個國家似懂非懂，印象通常只停留在其為蘇聯的成員國，對於波蘭的文化特色卻是鮮少人研究。在少有旅遊書籍、網誌介紹的前提下，我們用我們所聽、看、感受記錄下來這異國文化的差異。波蘭位於中歐，鄰近德國、斯洛伐克、捷克等國家，但文化及語言上與俄羅斯的影響較為深遠。由於位處中歐地區，交通便捷，去到各地旅遊都很方便，同時也因為地勢低平，沒有天然屏障，導致波蘭在歷史上遭到許多外來民族侵略，建國復興之路一波三折。 報告書將會分為食、衣、住、行等四個部分詳細介紹波蘭的文化特色，希望能夠給未來來到這個國家的學弟妹們一個參考的依據。 Abstract: The report has recorded the true reason why I applied for the exchange student, the way and the suggestions to be an exchange student. 106-2 翁同學 一、系別、姓名： 土木所 翁同學 二、交換國家及姊妹校名： 波蘭 波茲南工業大學 三、交換期間：2018 摘要: 交換學生的計畫對於培養學生的國際觀有相當大的幫助，無論是在國外生活的其間與朋友的交流，亦或是與當地人民的接觸，都是難得且珍貴的人生經歷。波茲南工業大學土木與環境工程學院含括三個系所，分別是建築工程、土木工程與環境工程。歐洲的環境與台灣大相逕庭，在土木的領域裡有相當多值得觀摩學習的地方。波蘭，或者說是波茲南相較於大多數歐洲國家當中並不是交換生的熱門選項，波茲南工業大學是第一次有成大交換生前往，在這裡也甚少亞洲面孔的出現，因此如何溝通以達成目的也成為了其中一個課題。在本篇文章中，我會介紹促使我出發的動機、簡介一些交換學生要處理的事項與在波茲南的生活環境，最後是我的心得與建議。 Abstract: The exchange program is a great help for students’ international prospect. 106-2 蕭同學 一、系別、姓名： 企管系 蕭同學 二、交換國家及姊妹校名： 波蘭 烏茲科技大學 三、交換期間：2018/02/21~2018/06/30 摘要: 這份出國報告書是寫著我在波蘭交換這四個月半的故事、感受及心得。從一開始的準備，學校文件、辦簽證，交換過程中發現的差異，到最後對於這精采的四個半月做一個總結。 對我來說，在國外的一切都是挑戰都是冒險，對於人生地不熟的地方要如何去適應，跟外國朋友相處的模式，出去旅行碰到的各種事情，不平靜的交換生活，幾番的低落心情，換來的是飛快的心靈成長。 大家都在講的國際觀，到了歐洲，接觸到各國人之後，很多的國際事件、國際議題就活生生地搬到你面前，大家很勇於分享自己國家的事情，因此也釐清了我之前錯誤的觀念或刻板印象。 Abstract: This report is writing about the four and half month exchange life in Poland.
